PAXECT may be relevant for organisations that work with connected products and need more structure around technical evidence, supplier follow-up, Readiness Reports or remediation guidance.
This can be useful when the organisation has real product responsibility, but does not have a large internal cybersecurity team to structure every evidence and follow-up process manually.
PAXECT is designed to support smaller and growing connected-product organisations that need practical evidence, reporting and follow-up without turning CRA-readiness into a heavy enterprise compliance project from day one.
Its credit-based product direction is intended to separate usage from long contracts. Credits can support controlled use of scans, evidence actions, guidance or later approved actions, helping smaller organisations understand and plan usage more clearly.
PAXECT does not claim that credits, payment, pricing or public checkout are live. No price is promised, and later approved actions remain separately scoped and customer-approved.

PAXECT uses an EU-cloud storage principle for customer data and report storage.
Customer-sensitive report and evidence data is intended to be protected through PAXECT AEAD and transferred through the controlled PAXECT Link chain where applicable.
Formal AVG/GDPR roles, retention, export, deletion and commercial terms must be defined before external customer use where required.
European programmes such as SECURE may support micro, small and medium-sized enterprises working on cyber resilience and CRA preparation. The first SECURE open call, which is now closed, published a total budget of €5 million, grants of up to €30,000 and a 50% co-financing model.
PAXECT Readiness may fit into CRA-readiness improvement projects involving product scanning, evidence, reporting and follow-up. Eligibility depends on the organisation, project scope, timing and current programme rules.
